Rev. Kenneth Warren Dugan, 93, met his Savior face-to-face early Wednesday morning, October 19, 2016 at Hospice House of the Black Hills.
Kenneth was born March 4, 1923 in St. Paul, MN to Eugene and Edna Dugan. He entered the Army in 1941. Ken served 44 months in the South Pacific during WWII and was honorably discharged on May 29, 1945. He is a proud survivor of the Pearl Harbor bombing.
Ken was ordained as a Lutheran minister in 1952. He went on to serve 12 parishes, including Immanuel Lutheran in Boise, ID, Borneo and Papua New Guinea.
He is survived by his wife, Mavis; brother, Willis Dugan; children: Timothy Dugan, Kevin Dugan, Jeffrey Dugan, Lisa Olberding (Mark), Kelley Le Beaux, and Vicki Hebb (Marty); grandchildren: Shannon, Jennifer, Kristi, Kiera, Kelci, and Averi, as well as 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at Crossroads Lutheran Mission Church, 530 E. Hunt Hwy., Ste. 103-447, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143.

Pastor Dugan, I will never forget you. You had a huge impact on my life growing up. I loved to hear your stories of Borneo and all your travels. You will always have a special place in my heart.
