J.M. was my first cousin. As daughter of his father's brother J. Lee Neil; our families were together several times. The last time was for his mother's service. His tour of "the old farm place" and stories were always a treat.
J.M. will hold a special spot in our hearts always.
May memories cushion the grief process for there are many great ones.
Cousin, Esther

I was fortunate to count J.M. as a friend and a fellow parishioner. He was a fascinating conversationalist, a gentleman, a quietly devout Christian, and a kind companion. I will miss him.

J.M. was a gifted writer and historian and always up for a debate on just about anything. I'll miss you my old friend, but glad to know you're on the other side.

We will miss Mr. Neil. He was a regular customer at Boise Public Library. We applaud his life accomplishments and we will miss his gentle manner!
