This guy was SOOOOOO incredibly kind and helpful, and always had a HUGE smile on his face, whenever I shopped at IMT. I am so incredibly sad to learn it was he who was the cyclist... I'll never forget him as he made such a positive impression all the time. XO to his family and friends.

I was never fortunate to meet Kevin but I know he is loved dearly by his brother, Eric, who recently shared this story with me. Now ,when I drive where bicyclists are sharing the road, I picture my own brother riding next to me and I use a little extra care.

Elisa and Sarma, my heart still aches for you both when I think about what you lost. I know I didn't know him the best, but I did very much considered Kevin a friend. I still miss him. I think about him every time I am on Hill Rd or pass the Dry Creek cemetery that I live by. I wish I had the right words to express the feelings of loss, but I don't. Just know you guys are in my heart.
Travis and I will never forget him.

Dear family of Kevin Pavlis,
I am the daughter of Jim Chu, one of the bikers who was also killed in recent incidents. I would like to give my deepest heartfelt condolences to you. I understand how you must be feeling right now, and everything you are going through. We are all still slowly recovering. And day by day the pain is eased a little. Just know the entire biking community is there for you, as well as your closest friends and family. Our family is praying for you.

My most heartfelt condolences go out to Kevin's family. Kevin worked for me at Eddie's Restaurant about 18--20 years ago. I ran into him again at IMT and enjoyed talking to him every time I was there. I hope his wonderful smile and sunny attitude live on through his daughter. We will all miss him greatly.
