Nathan Haga Obituary

Nathan G. Haga, 72, of Eagle, Idaho passed away January 6, 2011. A Memorial service will be held 10:30 am, Friday, January 14, 2011 at Friendship Celebration Lutheran Church located at 765 E. Chinden Blvd., Meridian, Idaho, 83646. Nathan was born in Marion, Virginia to Blaine E. Haga and Vivian Martin. He attended grade school in Kingsport, Indiana, and High School in Jacksonville, Florida. After high school he joined the Air Force at 17 years old. After the service, he worked as an airplane mechanic, then went on to the fastener business as a sales consultant for the rest of his life. Nathan is survived by his wife, Gloria A. Quintana of Eagle, ID., his stepchildren; Michael Davis of Castle Rock, CO., Ken Samela of Pagosa Springs, CO., Barbi Burke of McCall, ID., and Nicole Howard of Boise, ID., his brother, David Haga of Jacksonville, FL., his sister, Tobie Roy of Jacksonville, FL., his uncles; Tom Haga of Kingsport, VA., and Sam Haga, of Pleasant View, TN., and several nieces and nephews. Nathan was so full of spirit. Just ask him! Under his gruff exterior beat a heart of gold. I will miss talking to Nathan about a full range of topics. Gloria- you are both in our prayers. Love you~ The Bertelsen Family
