Jane Helen Black
1953 ~ 2014
Jane Helen Bell Black was born on February 18, 1953 in Durango, Colorado and passed away on April 2, 2014 after a sudden illness took her too soon. Raised in Santa Clara California, Jane had many opportunities for travel, adventure and education. She attended Western Michigan University and Boise State University, graduating cum laude with a B.A. She moved to Idaho in 1978 and has called it home ever since.
She is survived by Rex Edward Black her husband, and Suzanne Clark of New Hampshire and Marin Sanborn of Boise, Idaho, her daughters. Jane has numerous grandchildren, all of whom she loves very much and is quite proud of. Jane has been an Advanced Master Gardener in Idaho and raises most of the produce that her family eats.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Cloverdale Funeral Home, all who knew Jane and would like to come celebrate her life are welcome to join us. Also a memorial lunch for Jane will be held on Sunday April 6 @ Noon at the 36th Street Bistro, 3823 N. Garden Center Way, Boise everyone is welcome as well. Jane reminds everyone that she loved and lived the fun and pleasure and adventure of three lifetimes; do not mourn her passing--she is tired.
