Mathew Birkinbine, 26, of Boise died April 10, 2014 in Wendell, Idaho. A native of Idaho Mathew was an avid Patriots football fan, fisherman and enjoyed marksman activities. After completing high school Mathew began his tenor in working within the family business while attending Treasure Valley Community College as a business student. Mat's lifelong aspirations were to one day be a business owner and continue his family tradition of realizing entrepreneurship. His life's legacy demonstrated a young man who embraced challenge and adversity with a keen sense of determination, tenacity and resilience. Mat's accomplishments were many and above all he embraced family and was a true friend to all he knew. Mat's personality was unique with genuine insightfulness in finding humor in all of life's adventures. He always exhibited kindness; grace and all who knew him were always greeted with an energetic hug, a smile, a chuckle and the standard invite of "let's go fishing, shooting or watch a football game". Mathew is survived by his parents Randy and Dorothy Birkinbine of Boise, his brothers Daniel and Joseph Birkinbine of Boise, fiance' Ashley Sizemore of Boise, and a child due to be born in October 2014. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. A Memorial Open House will be held Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Cloverdale Funeral Home Reception Center, 1200 N. Cloverdale Road in Boise.
