Carrick, Joyce M. - Canton  
Joyce M. Carrick 61, passed away on May 27, 2015. She was born on May 28, 1953 the daughter of Robert and Marie Carrick Sr. in Canton, Ohio. Joyce had a kind heart and loved helping animals while working at Animal Care Clinic and always was an advocate for any special animal. Her other love was being surrounded by her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. Joyce made her house a home for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Darla Carrick; and brother, Carl Carrick. Joyce is survived by her loving family, daughters, Jennifer (Jeff) Sharp and Jodi (John) Kaminski; grandchildren, Adriann, Sara, Ryan, Matthew and Jacob; brothers, Greg (Diane) Warth, Robert (Darla) Carrick Jr., James (Sonni) Carrick and Tom (Peggy) Carrick; many nieces, nephews and friends; and her beloved four legged family, Mario, Chance, Hannah, Rawley and Nomorea. Family and friends may call Saturday from 10 to 12 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home (Canton Chapel) where services will be held at 12 p.m. with Pastor Gary Smith officiating. Dennis M. 'Denny' Casady 64, of Dover died suddenly on Friday, May 29, 2015 following a work related accident. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, June 4 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover with Fr. Jimmy Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. Friends can call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover on Wednesday from 5-8 pm with Christian Wake services starting at 7:45. Chaddock, Janice M. - Canton  
Janice M. Chaddock 59, passed away Sunday at home surrounded by her family, following a brief illness. She was born in Massillon on June 2, 1955 to the late Ned Chaddock and Mary M. Maier Chaddock of Brewster. Janice retired from Smucker's and also worked for the Massillon City Schools. She was a graduate of Washington High School Class of 1973 and a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church. Janice was dedicated to her family and enjoyed the outdoors, camping, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her partner of twenty three years, Gary Nalbach; three children, Seth Nalbach, Emily Sedjo and Kristina Baughman all of Massillon; four grandchildren, Bryce, Evan, Hunter and Paisley; sister, Linda (Lloyd) Forrer of Massillon; and three brothers, Gary, Mark, both of Massillon and Chris of Rio Linda, Calif. Friends may gather at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 12p.m. – 1p.m. with a celebration of her life at 1p.m. Kevin O'Brien, Celebrant. Clark, Dennis Nelson Denny - Canton  
Dennis Nelson 'Denny' Clark 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 24, 2015. Born Nov. 1, 1940, in Akron, Ohio to the late William and Louise (Hopkins) Clark. Denny was preceded in death by his sister, Carol (Zale) Glauberman. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Katherine 'Kathy'; children, Susan (Jeff) Beadle of Jewett, Ohio, Doug (Vicki) Clark of Tyler, Texas, and Linda (Greg) Smith of Powell, Ohio; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jenna, Alyssa, and Gabriel Beadle, Micah and Chelsea Clark, and Kyle, Austin, and Erica Smith; brother, Bruce (Kathy) Clark of Hopedale, Ohio; sister, Janet Hamilton of Copley, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Denny, along with his Dad and uncle E.E. Hopkins, are remembered for bringing discounts and deals to Northeastern Ohio with their stores: Surplus and Supply, Clarkins and the Junk Stores. He was an active part of The Chapel's ministry, Bible studies, the Gideons, and the Pro Tennis Ministry of the International Sports Coalition. Denny enjoyed all sports, especially football and wrestling. He was husband, Dad, Papa, Uncle Denny, Coach, and dear friend to many. He was known by all for his generosity, kindness, and love. Cochran, Tamara G. - Jackson Township  
Tamara G. Cochran Age 57, of Jackson Township, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015, in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Fairfield, Ill., a daughter of Patsy (Peyton) Edmison, of Canton South and the late Robert Edmison, came to Waynesburg when she was young, and has resided in Jackson Township 22 years. Tammie was a 1975 graduate of Sandy Valley High School, and a 1979 graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She had been a Registered Nurse at Tri-County Orthopedics since 1981 and a member of Church of The Lakes, United Methodist. Tammie's passion was her sons, and especially Denison University Football where her sons played. Surviving besides her mother, is her husband, Dr. Jeffrey M. Cochran, with whom she celebrated their 28th Wedding Anniversary on May 23rd; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeffrey, Jr. and Kara Cochran, of Philadelphia, Pa., and Matt Cochran, of the home; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue and Ernie Barnett, of Anchorage, Alaska, and Bertie and Chuck Colvin, of Bolivar. Services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in Church of The Lakes, United Methodist Church with Pastor Bryan George officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens on Sat. morning. Friends may call in the church from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. before the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tammie's memory may be made to the Aultman Cancer Center, 2600 W. Tusc.
