Delis, Barbara - Canton  
Barbara Delis age 91, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2015 in her home in Canton, Ohio. She was the widow of George A. Delis, who owned and operated theaters in Ohio and West Virginia, including the operation of the Palace Theater in downtown Canton for many years until his death. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna Katchianes and was preceded in death by her two brothers Nicholas and George Katchianes and her beloved sister Mrs. Dorothy Economou. Survived by her loving children, a son, Anthony George Delis, a daughter, Vassa Delis- Parker, and her adored grandson, Anthony George Parker, sister-in-law Mrs. Alice Katchianes, cousins Mrs. Carolyn Spilios, Mrs. Estelle Tender, and Dr. George Vasilion, relatives Mrs. Diane Foradas and Mrs. Veti Vasilion, cherished friend Mrs. Aurelia Krugliak, and many much-loved nieces and nephews both from this country and Athens, Greece. She spent much of her life in Athens and Varkiza, Greece and considered it her second home. Barbara was a member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church and St. Haralambos Philoptochos Society. She was a beautiful and gracious lady and an amazing cook and hostess. She was loving, devoted, perceptive, and very intelligent. Barbara will be greatly missed. Barbara's children would like to thank her doctors, Dr. Paul Manuszak and Dr. David Schumaker, and their staffs for their compassionate and dedicated care. Calling hours are on Thursday, July 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home with a Trisagion Service at 7 p.m. and on Friday, July 31 from 10-11 a.m. at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church with funeral services at 11 a.m., the Reverend Dr. Nicholas V. Duff, Randy R. - Massillon  
Randy R. Duff 58 of Massillon, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his loving family and friends, following a long battle with lung cancer. Randy was born on March 29, 1957, in Massillon the son of the late Russell and Ardith (Craig) Duff. Randy was a United States Army Veteran and was stationed in Germany. He worked at Ansell Perry, Swift Transportation, Brewster Dairy, MPW Industries and Northern Mobile Electric. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and friend. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Turner) Duff whom he shared 29 years of marriage; and his brother, Daniel Duff. He is survived by his children: Diane (Todd Rogers) Duff, and Randy (Ashley Rogers) Duff, Jr.; his grandson, Eric Duff; his sisters, Sandra Jaberg and Rebecca Amos; his companion, Joann Gamelin; numerous nieces and nephews; and his four legged friend, Ben. A Celebration of Randy's life will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Paquelet Funeral Home, with Pastor Dan Sunde officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Dysle, Twila M. - Louisville  
Twila M. Dysle 1934-2015 age 80, of Alliance, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 29, 2015. She was born in Minerva, Ohio on Sept. 28, 1934 to the late John and Bertha (Crowl) Davis. Twila was a former employee of Milk Marketing of Strongsville, Ohio and was a member of the Freeburg Church of the Brethren. Twila is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard; two daughters, Debby (Neil) Waid and Tammie (Larry) Wood; two sons, Todd (Paula) Dysle and Tom (Deborah) Dysle; a sister, Kathy (Don) Sanor; four brothers, Paul (Kitty Lou) Davis, John Davis, Bob (Cathy) Davis and Ray (Pat) Davis; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; step-mother, Erma Davis; step-sister, Sue Umbras; step-brother, John Gidley. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Durst. Funeral services will be held 11a.m. Monday in the Freeburg Church of the Brethren with Pastor Mike Zellers and Sue DeHoff officiating.
