Ludwig.  Bill was a 1973 graduate of Oakwood High School. Donations may be made to the Stark County Humane Society in his name. Cremation has already taken place.

Marchand, Donald J. - Canton  
Donald J. Marchand 61, went Home to be with the Lord on Feb. 23, 2015. He was born on Oct. 21, 1953 the son of Joseph Marchand and Evelyn (Marchand) Bentley in Canton, Ohio. Don retired after 30 years from the Timken Co. He attended Fellowship Baptist Church. Don enjoyed fishing and camping. His greatest enjoyment was being with his family. He was preceded in death by his father. Don leaves to cherish his memory his loving family, his wife of 23 years, Rhoda J. Marchand; mother Evelyn Bentley; daughters Dr. Tiffany Marchand and Jessica (Aaron) Ledford; step-sons Timothy (Kimberli) Eller, Thomas Eller and Mark (Melanie) Eller; beloved grandchildren Hannah, Anna, Micah, Alec and Jordyn; sisters Pat (Dave) Daugherty and Linda (Rich) Riorden; brothers Rich (Lisa) Marchand and Wayne (Gina) Marchand; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Paul H. Matson 79, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 at his home in Scio. Born July 21, 1935 in Massillon he was a son of the late Homer Matson and Vivian Boerngen Matson. Surviving are his children Forrest (Cindy) Matson and Paula Matson both of Scio; a sister Cheryl Shaw of Massillon; grandchildren Cierra, Jazmyn, Stanley, Justin, Krystina, Lindsey, Dylan and Zachary and a great grandson Kolson. Services will be held Saturday at noon at RJ Spiker Fire Hall in Scio. Friends may call Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Koch Funeral Home, Scio and Saturday from 11 a.m. - noon at the fire hall prior to the service. McGreal Jr., Robert L. - Canton  
Robert L. McGreal, Jr. age 63, of Canton passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. He was born Sept. 22, 1951 in Terre Haute, Ind. and was the son of, the late, Robert L. and Mary (Gustin) McGreal. He was a veteran of the US Army having served during the Vietnam War. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by uncles, Don McGreal, Tom McGreal, Robert Gustin and James Gustin; aunts, Betty Fernwalt and Joanne Fricker Duga. Survivors include two natural sisters, Terry Banks of Anderson, Indiana and Cathy Sluder of Illinois; two aunts, Ruth McGreal and Dorothy McGreal as well as many cousins and other relatives. A Cemetery Chapel Service will be held Wednesday March 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery where he will be buried. Mirone, Armando Elmer - Canton  
Armando 'Elmer' Mirone age 88, of Canton, died Friday evening in the Laurels of Canton following a brief illness. A life resident of Canton he was the son of the late Venanzio and Helen (DePaquale) Mirone, was a 1945 graduate of McKinley High School and severed in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Republic Steel in 1988, was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and was an avid golfer & bowler. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: Vincent Mirone & his wife Sylvia and nephew; Paul Eberhart. He is survived by his brother: Paul (Lil) Mirone; sisters: Christine Mirone, Geraldine Eberhart all of Canton; several nieces, nephews, great- nieces, nephews, great great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Wackerly Funeral Home with Fr. Thomas Kraszewski officiating. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
