'Together Again'Nancy Ellen Chenot
age 76, of Louisville passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014. She was born April 24, 1938 in Canton, Ohio to the late Harold and Wilma (Shippman) Miller. Nancy was a retired school bus driver and teachers aid for Louisville City Schools. She was a member of Paradise United Church of Christ in Louisville. She was in Partners In Ministry as a lay minister through the United Church of Christ and she was a volunteer at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton.
Nancy was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Chenot in 2004; and a brother, Stanley Miller. She is survived by her daughter, Tina (Tom) Parker; three sons, Gerry (Sandy) Hemphill, Dwaine (Joi) Hemphill, Pat (Barb) Hemphill; two sisters, Beverly (Roger) Williams, Kareen (Al) Grover; a brother, Kenneth (Joyce) Miller; grandchildren, Casey and Carla, Chris, Connie, Joe and Nikki, Tommy and Tiffany, Jason and Amanda, Travis and Chelsey, Krisandra, Kyla, Brooke; great-grandchildren, Josh, KamRyn, Sydney, Traegan, Tenleigh.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. Calling hours will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Louisville, Ohio. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Paradise United Church of Christ or the Aultman Compassionate Care.
