Kennedy
born Feb. 8, 1953, went home to be with her Lord on Feb. 11. A graduate of Louisville High School and KSU School of Nursing, she practiced nursing in New York City and London, Ontario, Canada before returning to the area, where she served for 17 years as instructor in Aultman School of Nursing. She completed her Masters in Counseling at Liberty University and began her own health consulting business after utilizing those principles to treat her cancer diagnosis. She became a sought-after speaker and lecturer on natural health, and actively served her community.
Sue loved the Lord, her children and family, her church, and developed many wonderful friendships. She will be greatly missed, but is now joyfully in the presence of her Lord.
Sue is survived by her husband, Dave; her parents, S. Robert and June (Crossan) Shepler; sister, Lynn Bonam (Bill); daughter, Jennifer Brahler (Todd); son, Josh Pizor (Johanna Pastva); and granddaughter, Cecilia Pizor.
Burial will be private for family only. A memorial service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church (506 E. Gorgas, Louisville) on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your church or .
