Deborah Laine Hatchett
Age 53, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014, following a brief illness surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Canton, Ohio on April 10, 1961. She was employed by Canton City Schools as a Behavioral Coach for many years until her illness caused her to retire early. She was a member of Christ The King Apostolic Church where she served faithfully until her ill health prevented her participation. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl and Eddie B. and Barbara Johnson, and John Dillard and Gracie Bonner Hatchett, and nephews, Blake Hill and Josiah Hatchett.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Bryan C. and Tyler Hatchett; parents, Rev. Houston and Brenda Hatchett, all of Canton; three siblings, Houston (Aurelia) Hatchett, Leslie (Richard) Hill, and Roslyn Hatchett-Pope, all of Nashville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Caliah, I'Brea, and Bryson Hatchett; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Services will be held at Christ The King Apostolic Church (1004 Fourth Street NE, Canton, OH 44704) on Monday, April 28, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. with a calling hour one hour prior to service (10:00-11:00). Eulogy by Pastor Randall Winn. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements caringly handled by Mabel C. Jones, Funeral Director.
