Craig Brunk Obituary
age 62, died Monday after a four year battle with cancer. He was a life resident of Canton; and a 1972 graduated of McKinley High School. Craig had been a baker for 44 years having worked at Mister Donut/Donut Connection and retired from Mary Ann Donuts. He was a member of the Basilca of Saint John the Baptist and a former member of the Canton and Massillon Moose clubs.
Survived by his wife, Phyllis (Friel) Brunk; three daughters: Christina Kistler, Amanda Brunk and her fiance, Derek Reeves and Tiffany Brunk; son, Michael Brunk; granddaughter, Charlie Elizabeth Brunk-Clark; and three aunts: Susan (George) Gloyd and Nina and Virginia Sears. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruthelda Brunk; sister, Anne Brunk; aunt, Rita Frick; and three uncles: John, Arthur and Harold Sears.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Basilica of Saint John the Baptist with The Very Reverend Ronald Klingler as celebrant. Burial will be in Saint Louis Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Special Olympics. Condolences may be made to:
