Jesse Michael Bolt, 56, of Galax, died May 28, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 18, 1956 in Sparta, N.C., to Jesse and Jemima Laura Anders Bolt.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Bolt of San Antonio, Texas; sister, Susan Baldwin of Independence; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert and Karen Bolt of Rock Hill, S.C., and James Bolt of Galax.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
