Father's Day Tribute to Dad,
On this Father's Day we are all
remembering and honoring you
by thanking God for giving us
such a wonderful, intelligent, strong,
loving, and imperfect Father and
Husband. It was your love of
knowledge and history that
encouraged us to attain as much
education as we can, your
strength that taught us to
never give up/give in when faced
with life's trials and tribulations,
and to be independent and strong.
Your love of our Mother that
taught us the meaning of love,
and how to love ourselves and
others, and to love one another
as a family; your imperfection
that taught us that no one is
perfect only God, but to strive to
be the best persons that we can
be, and to forgive our faults, and
the faults of others. God gave
you a lion's heart full of love,
compassion, tenderness and
mercy, and a big belly full of
laughter! Thank you God for Dad.
