William Melton Jr. MIDLAND William Robert "Robbie" Melton Jr., 43, of Stanfield, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening (Wednesday, Feb. 13), at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. this evening in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel. Hartsell Funeral Home at 13575 Broadway Avenue in Midland is serving the Melton family.
