Denise Sharon Fullerton Little, 64, of Henderson, Nev., passed away on November 29, 2012.
Denise lived in Canada until she was 14 then moved to Waco, Texas. She lived in Anchorage, Alaska and Sunnymede, Calif., at March AFB where she met Samuel. They were married December 11, 1966 at Kirkwood United Methodist Church, Kirkwood, N.Y. They lived at Beal AFB in Northern, Calif., for a year then moved back to Montrose, where they lived for 32 years.
She enjoyed crafts, selling Avon and visiting with family and friends. Her final days were brightened by spending time with Steve where they both taught Pinochle at the Henderson Senior Center, visiting local parks, towns and casinos.
Denise is survived by her son Charles Little and his fiancée, Sharon Miller; a special friend, Steve Brickman of Henderson, Nev.; a brother, Gerald Fullerton, a sister, Francine; her ex husband, Samuel Little; sisters-in-law, Cecelia and David Setser, Betty Jean and Dan Depue, Beth and Glen Curtis, brother in-law, Robert and Sharon Little; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends who all remember her fondly.
She was predeceased by her father Dennis Fullerton, mother, Evelyn (Cando) Fullerton Buris Turquado; sister-in-law, Darlene Yonkin; brother-in-law, Glen Little.
A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Montrose Cemetery with the Rev. Janet Watrous officiating.
