Lawrence "Larry" Warner

Lawrence L. "Larry" Warner, 75, of Montrose, and formerly of New Milford, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose. His wife of 22 years, Augusta M. Warner, predeceased him on February 20, 2012.
He was born in Sayre, to the late Glen M. and Bessie B. (Babcock) Warner.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Angela Warner, Watson Corners; two daughters, Vickie Warner, Dimock, and Lisa Visavati, Nicholson; five step-sons and step-daughters-in-law, Charles Blaisure, New Milford, Eugene & Denise Blaisure, Unadilla, N.Y., John and Beverly Blaisure, Spring Mills, Terry and Mariel Blaisure, Tunkhannock, and Randy Blaisure, North Vernon, Ind.; two brothers and sister-in-law, Glen Warner, Great Bend, and Jerry and Patsy Warner, Meshoppen; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis DeGraw Smith, East Lemon, Elwanda and Rolland Cronk, Montrose, and Marcia and Louis Bennett, New Milford; 26 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was also predeceased by his first wife, Jeannette (Rose) Warner Troupe and son, Jeffrey A. Warner.

Larry was a truck driver for 45 years, spending the last 10 years with Warrior Express Trucking Co. He loved to fish and deer hunt. Larry loved the outdoors and spending time with his faithful companion, his dog, Daisy.

A Funeral Service was held Saturday, November 10, 2012, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home, with Rev. Richard Spering officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery, Springville. Visitation was held prior to the service on Saturday.
