Randy Carter

Randy J. Carter, 25, of South Montrose, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2012, at Regional Hospital of NEPA, after succumbing to injuries sustained in accident.

Surviving are his fiancée, Brittany Miller, Elk Lake; his two children, Damien and Keely Carter; parents, Ronald, Jr. and Christina Carter, Dimock, and Darlene Salazar, Idaho; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Tamara and William Horn, Dimock, Angelica Nieto, Albuquerque, N.M., Crystal and Timothy Blaisure, Mill City; brother, Ronald R. Carter, III, Dimock; paternal grandparents, Ronald, Sr. and Jean Carter, Dimock; maternal grandmother, Priscilla Gonzalas, Albuquerque, N.M.; paternal great-grandmother, Caroline Strait, Dimock; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his uncle and his wife, Todd and Jeannette Carter.

Randy was the best father, his patience and love were evident to all. He enjoyed working in the stone quarries, liked to go four wheeling, and dancing. When he was not with his family, Randy could usually be found fishing, especially salmon fishing in Pulaski, N.Y.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home with Pastor Timothy Skopic, of Dimock Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was in the Dimock Cemetery. Friends called on the family Friday evening at the funeral home.
