Harold J. Alesky, 76, of Gibson, passed away Monday March 15, 2010, at Mercy Hospital, Scranton, after a brief illness.

He was born in Harford Twp. to the late Peter A. and Gertrude (Allen) Alesky.
He is survived by wife of 51 years, Barbara T. Alesky, Gibson; three daughters: Pamela Alesky of Alexandria, Va., Diana White of Gibson, and Monica Lynn of Hollywood, Md.; four grandchildren: Christopher White, Mariah White, Marissa and Rachel Lynn; two brothers, Robert (Bea) Alesky of Great Bend and Pete (Eileen) Alesky of Monroeton; as well as nieces and nephews.
Harold was an avid hunter and fisherman and of late was active in and vice president of the Endless Mountains Poultry Club.
He served in the U.S. Army 101st Airborne, and worked at Bendix from 1952 until its closing.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 20, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held 1:30-3 p.m.
