Kim Irene Bennett, 42, of Montrose, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at her home.

She was born on December 13, 1971, in Montrose, to Shirley I. (McAuliffe) Bennett, Montrose, and the late Phillip R. Bennett.
Her daughter, Elizabeth Irene Bennett, predeceased her.
She is survived by her brother, Scott Bennett, Montrose; uncle, aunts, and cousins.
Kim was a Montrose graduate. She worked at Asa Park Manor, in the Mobile Workforce, and she baby sat for children. Kim was a kind and gentle soul who enjoyed spending time with her friends. She grew up on her grandparent's farm where she developed her love of animals and especially her pets. She enjoyed music; especially Polka; and took Polka dancing lessons.
A Memorial Service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2014 at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home, with Pastor Jane M. Pykus of the South Montrose Community Church, officiating. Visitations will be an hour prior to the service.
