Matthew David Smiley
31, of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Matt was born on August 7, 1981 in Peru, IN. He owned Smiley Landscaping for several years and most recently was the transportation manager for Paddacks.
Matt was a member of Carmel United Methodist Church, player in the Morse Softball League and was a coach for Westfield Youth Sports, Inc.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 8 in Carmel United Methodist Church. Friends and family are invited to gather from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 7 in Flanner and Buchanan - Hamilton Memorial Park .
Matt is survived by his wife, Natalie; sons, Eyler Matthew and Hudson Cash; parents, Lloyd D. and Earlene M. Smiley; brother, Jason (wife Rebecca) Smiley; sister, Stephanie Smiley; niece, Emily Smiley; nephew, Paul Smiley; grandparents, Paul and Mary Smiley. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Mardell Wayne.

Matt was part of the Westfield Youth Sports family as a Landscaper, Basketball Referee, Coach and Friend. He will be remembered well by all the children whose lives he touched over the years. Our prayers go out to the entire Smiley family, particularly Eyler and Hudson.
