Mark Alan Covington
27, died Saturday on April 20, 2013 in Indianapolis. He was born April 16, 1986 in Indianapolis. He received his high school diploma from Perry Meridian High School in 2005. Mark enjoyed playing basketball with his buddies, working out, and watching UFC fights. He even dreamed of becoming a UFC fighter. Most of all, Mark loved spending time with his two sons, showing them the love of a father. Mark was able to bless others through organ donation.
Survivors include his two sons, Elias and Noah Covington; girlfriend, Jessica Snyder; mother, Laura Covington; father, Steven Covington; two sisters, Shelby and Bethany Covington; nephew, Caden Covington and grandmother, Sue Covington. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Suzy Tomlinson and two grandfathers, Orville Ball and Thomas Covington.
Pastor Paul Erny will conduct a funeral services at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Community Church of Murphy's Landing, 7401 S. Harding Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46217. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until service time Thursday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations for his children, Elias and Noah Covington, may be made at the National Bank of Indianapolis, at any Indianapolis banking center location.
