Evanchak, Thomas E.*  
Thomas E. Evanchak 67, of Carmel, IN, formerly of North Huntingdon, PA, died Saturday July 18, 2015. He was born September 9, 1947 in McKeesport, PA, a son of Edward G. Evanchak of Scottsdale, AZ and the late Mildred (Babic) Evanchak. Tom was a retired sales manager for Patio Enclosures. He was a graduate of Norwin High School, class of 1965, and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Tom always remained close with his Circleville friends especially Steve and Ann Sensenich and family. He loved his family, especially being "Granddad", and loved to golf. In addition to his father he is survived by his sons, Michael G. Evanchak and his wife Darcy of Taylorsville, IL and Matthew T. Evanchak of Jeannette; ten grandchildren; sisters Barbara Roney and her husband Ed of Level Green and Cathy "Pinky" Kolberg and her husband Dave of Toledo, OH; also nieces. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, PA 15642, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Dr. Ronald H. Fanning Jr., William E.*  
William E. Fanning, Jr. "Bill," 79, passed peacefully on Monday June 22, 2015. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Dona; children Bill (Julia), Brian, Veronica (Jai), Peggy and David (Michelle); brothers Terry and Mike; sisters-in-law Sally, Darlene, Vi, Marylne, and Nancy; brother-in-law Ralph; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Bill worked 33 years in the insurance industry in Indianapolis and gladly retired to sunny FL 15 years ago, where he was an active volunteer. Memorial service scheduled for Friday, July 31 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 8014 State Rd 52, Hudson, FL 34667. Katrina "Trina" M. Feldhake 59, Master of the potter's wheel, beloved aunt & sister, died July 10th in her Cincinnati Home. Owner and teacher of Throwing Clay Pottery, her passion was her profession. Trina was preceded in death by her parents, Dan & Martha Feldhake; and nephew, Scott T. Herron. Survivors include siblings, Susan Bullock, Kris Feldhake, Gretchen Cave, and Jenny Herron; and 11 nieces and nephews who continue to celebrate and honor Trina's youthful and giving spirit. Felts, Ann*  
Ann Felts age 88, died peacefully July 23, 2015. She is survived by her daughters Linda Ann Locke, Janice Lee McMannis (Walter), and Donna Ellen Scott (Phillip), six grandchildren: Laura Walker (Jim), Greg Locke, Danielle Locke, Saysha McMannis, Connor McMannis, and Amanda Dransfield (Joe); and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William Felts, sister Lois Berryman, and granddaughter Arliann Locke. Ann enjoyed traveling, playing cards, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, cooking, and gardening. Ann was a member of the 7th and 8th United Christian Church. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday July 25, 2015 2 p.m. at Crown Hill Funeral Home visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery.

Finchum, Richard L.*  
Richard L. Finchum 73, of Edinburgh, IN, passed away July 25, 2015 at Silver Oaks Health Campus in Columbus, IN. He was born September 25, 1941 in Indianapolis, IN. He was the son of Woodrow J. and Bertha (Dewitt) Finchum. He married Sandra D. (Hayden) Finchum on August 24, 1963. She survives. Survivors include son, David A. (Mikki) Finchum of Columbus.; Daughter, Natasha L. (J.R.) Purtlebaugh of Columbus. Grandchildren, Katie Finchum, Brandon Finchum, and Ryan Finchum; Step-grandchildren, Tyler Purtlebaugh and Zach Purtlebaugh. Great-grandson, Emmett Witsman.; Brother, Carl (Mary Ellen) Finchum of Indianapolis. Sister, JoAnn (Mac) McCammon of Tipton, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 16 brothers and sisters. He was a member of Calvary Christian Church where he served as an elder. He was also a member of St. John's Masonic Lodge #20 and was a union plumber of Local #440. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis and had an associate degree from Ivy Tech. He was the owner of Finchum Plumbing, Confederate Plumbing, and Weeping Cherry Design. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, football, puzzles, and was an avid Civil War buff. Services will be conducted by Rev. Dick Yeaton and Rev. Bill Weaver at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Calvary Christian Church, 7648 E. State Road 252, Edinburgh, IN. Calling will be from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the church on Tuesday, July 28 and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana. Arrangements made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, IN.

Finkbiner, Mary Ellen*  
Mary Ellen Finkbiner 98, of Indianapolis, died peacefully on July 14, 2015. She was born in Indianapolis to Charles and Margaret Hanrahan on September 11, 1916. Mary Ellen attended Holy Cross Catholic Grade School and St. Mary's Academy for high school. She earned her nursing degree from St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in 1938, and went on to earn her bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University. Mary Ellen was a registered nurse, holding managerial positions at St. Vincent Hospital and Methodist Hospital. She also traveled the state giving speeches for the Indiana Heart Association. She retired at the age of 82 while working with Ask-A-Nurse. Mary Ellen was an avid sports fan, always watching IU basketball, Notre Dame football on Saturdays and every Sunday the Indianapolis Colts. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church. Mary Ellen volunteered at the Little Sisters of the Poor St. Augustine Home for the Aged and was a member of the Catholic Chaplain Committee at Marquette Manor for 22 years.  Mary Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick W. Finkbiner.  Survivors include, Charles P. Finkbiner, son; Debra J. Finkbiner, daughter-in-law; Mary Ann Roberts, daughter, of Tuscon, AZ; Ron Roberts, son-in-law (deceased); Phillip Jacobson, grandson (deceased). Friends and family will gather on Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor St. Augustine Home for the Aged, Attn: Mother Mary Vincent, 2345 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
