Carl E. Turientine Sr.

Carl Eugene Turientine, Sr.

65, Indianapolis, passed away on December 28, 2012.

He was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Building Committee, the Brotherhood and the Men's Day Usher Board.

Having worked at Jenn Aire, Marlbaugh Engineering and as a deliveryman for the Indianapolis Star, in 1996, he founded Turientine Janitorial. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and enjoyed Jazz and playing golf.

On Saturday, January 5, there will be visitation from 10am-12pm with Celebration of Life Services at 12pm at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church and interment at Floral Park Cemetery.

His survivors include his wife, Fredlo Turientine; sons, Darrell Pirtle, Carl E. Turientine, Jr. and Jerome Turientine; daughter, Denise Wilburn; 21 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; brother, William Haywood Turientine, Jr.; sister, Mary Darlene Ray.
