Constance "Connie" E. Nitsch

60, of Davenport, FL, died Dec. 17, 2012 at home in Westerville, OH. On October 2, 1952 Connie was born in Mt. Clemens, MI to Harry L. and Lillian Eileen Slaughter Kidwell. Connie graduated from Center Grove High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University. In her free time she enjoyed reading, boating, and traveling. Connie was a kindergarten teacher and was a member of Protestant Women of the Chapel in Europe.

Survivors include her parents; husband, Karthur Nitsch; children, Nick Nitsch (Marcie) of Hendersonville, TN; Alissa Turner (Shane) of Frostproof, FL; grandchildren, Hudson Nitsch, Maddox Nitsch; siblings, Sherry Hensley (Tom) of Franklin, IN, Linda Daffin (Mike) of Westerville, OH, Harry Kidwell of Tampa, FL, Ryan Kidwell (Carey) of Newark, DE, brothers and sisters-in-law, Dr. Steven Nitsch (Constance) of Kalamazoo, MI, Kurt Nitsch (Beverly) of Southport, IN, Nancy Nitsch-Miller of Orlando, FL, Karen Schliesman (Jeff) of Hewett, WI; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel , 481 W. Main St., Greenwood. Connie will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Calling will be on Friday from 4 until 8 p.m.
