George E. Droeger

George Edward "Ed" Droeger

84, died at home in Lebanon February 21, 2013. A former Indianapolis and Noblesville resident, he graduated from Tech High School (1945) and Butler University (1949) and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Since 1952 until January 2013 Ed was a respected and successful cattle buyer.

Memorial Services are at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 24 at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon with visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Survivors are his wife, Neva J. (Petrie) Droeger, children, Edward B. (Jeannine) Droeger, Lebanon and Joy A. (Joseph) Fey, Bellevue, Wash., a brother, William (Barbara) Droeger, Greenwood, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A daughter, Ms. DiAnne S. Glas, is deceased.

Memorials: Make a Wish Foundation or Great Lakes Hospice.
