James Arthur Koskey

80, Brownsburg, passed away on June 29, 2013. He had been a computer programmer for the American Legion National Headquarters for 35 years, retiring in 1997. He was a member of American Legion Post 500, Mustang Club of Indianapolis, former Boy Scout Master, and volunteer at Cats Haven. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play, working puzzles and was an avid Indy and NASCAR race fan and a John Deere toy collector. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Theckla Koskey; children, Brian Jeffrey (Kelly) Koskey and Sandra (James) Fulcher; brother, Gene Arnold Koskey; sister, Jane Bracken; grandchildren, Amanda Fulcher and Nyssa Koskey. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wed. July 3 in Matthews Mortuary , Brownsburg. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Fri. July 5 in Washington Park North Cemetery.
