Margaret Faith Riley

90, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She is survived by three children, Sandra Bruno of Los Angeles, California, James Bruno of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Karen Moore (Tom) of Greenwood, Indiana; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Margaret was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. She relocated to Indiana in 1954 and then to Greenwood, Indiana in 1969. She worked as a nurse's aide for many years. A professional caregiver for most of her working life, Mrs. Riley bestowed the same loving care and kindness on friends and family. She loved to cook and bake for her family, especially her grandchildren, and took pride in sending holiday "goodie" boxes to far away family members.

Mrs. Riley loved nature and kept a flower garden while living at Crestwood Village South. She was an avid walker and crossword puzzle solver. She also loved to play Scrabble. She had an infectious laugh and always had a smile and positive attitude throughout her sometimes difficult life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A private graveside service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood, Indiana.
