Myrthel Anne Reynolds Ray

59, of Indianapolis, passed away March 8, 2013. She was born January 18, 1954, in Edmondson, KY, to the late William and Jesse Dalton Reynolds.

Myrthel married James Ray and was employed with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for over 20 years, and owned and operated several restaurants. Myrthel was a member of Lifeline Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel , 9606 E. Washington St.

Myrthel is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, James Ray; children, Tyan (Jayme) Ray and Paige (Josh Lovitt) Ray; brothers, Pete (Darlena), Ronnie, Billy (Pam) and Doug (Linda) Reynolds; sisters, Betty (Ray) Vincent, Cora (Johnny) Skaggs, Diana (Roger) Hoke, Mary Jo (Frankie) York and Janet (Raymond) Palmer; and grandchildren, Jaxon, Willow and Shelby with one on the way.
