Richard L. "Dick" Skinner

72, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 20, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis on July 5, 1940 to Joseph and Eleanor Skinner. Dick served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 until being honorably discharged with a Good Conduct Medal in 1964. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Cherry Park Campers Association and Maple Creek Country Club as well as an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife, Rita A. Skinner; his sons, Doug Skinner, David (Pamela) Skinner; a sister, Patti Smith; two brothers, Bill Skinner and Roger Skinner. Friends may visit with Dick's family from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Flanner and Buchanan - Washington Park East , 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN.
