Steven J. Neumann

Dr. Steven John Neumann

Age 54 of Zionsville, IN, died December 12, 2012. Steven was born in Quincy, IL on August 11, 1958 to John Frank and Dolores Marie Neumann. Dr. Neumann graduated from Wabash College in 1980 and Indiana University School of Medicine in 1984. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the I. U. Medical Center. For 25 years Dr. Neumann practiced medicine at the University location of the Indiana University Health Physicians-Primary Care Clinic.

Dr. Neumann was a member of Zionsville United Methodist Church. He was a scout leader for Boy Scout Troop #358, and was known by nearly everyone as the guy who could fix anything.

Dr. Neumann is survived by his loving wife, Jill; his four children, Beth, Luke, Zach, and Josh; his parents, John and Dolores Neumann; his sisters, Teri Wiggins and Linda Sprague; his brothers, Dan and Bill Neumann and his mother-in-law, Barbara Duncan.

Calling will be on Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Zionsville United Methodist Church from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 17 in the church, with calling one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Hutton Cemetery.
