Virginia M. Hall Deardorff

91, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 19, 2013. She was born on May 22, 1922 in Raywick, Kentucky to Walter Lee and Ethel M. Downs Hall. She is preceded in death by her husband, George; her son, James Ellis; brothers, Charles, Joseph, Walter and Thomas Hall. Virginia is survived by her daughters, Barbara Ellis, Linda Hall, Constance (Andrew) Blasius, Mary Whitsit, Rita (William) Sanders, Catherine (Gregory) Smith; granddaughter, Christina (Jason) Angelicchio; sister, Madonna Crabtree; 16 grandchildren; 21 great- grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. She was a member of Golden Aires, Silvertone's and the American Legion. Funeral service will be on Monday, December 23 at 10:30 a.m. in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary , followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Holy Cross Catholic Church. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 22 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the mortuary. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Virginia's name may be made to the .
