Joe L. Edds
91, of Avon, IN, passed away September 27, 2012. He was born November 24, 1921 in Sullivan, IN son of Ernest and Stella (Robertson) Edds. He was a US Navy Veteran and retired from AT&T after 35 years. His parents and his wife, Roberta preceded him in death.
Joe is survived by his daughter, Diane Baker of Kokomo, IN; sons, Joe Edds, Jr. of Avon, IN and Hubert L. Huber of Brownsburg, IN; and sisters, Neddie Milburn, Betty Edds and Mary Holtz; 6 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11-2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, with funeral services at 2:00 p.m., at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park , 425 N. Holt Rd. Indianapolis, 46222. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
