Allen Dale Hughes

60, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away February 7, 2013. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 25, 1952 to Norris B. and Hattie J. Hughes (Perkins). Dale was a graduate of Howe High School and worked for Citizens Gas Company. He is survived by his companion of 27 years, Rene Aldridge; daughter, Shawn Griggs; grandsons, Tyler and Jordan Gray; brothers, Gregg and Phil Hughes; sister, Cathy Carter. He was preceded in death by his father, Norris; and brother, Tim Hughes. There will be a Memorial Service on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at Hendryx Mortuary Cumberland Chapel with the visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the service.
