Dale May Perryman Mumaw Majors

92, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013. She was born April 9, 1920 in Indianapolis, to the late Estelle Oneida and Alfred Ray Perryman. She married Rex Mumaw in 1941. He was killed in a military action in 1944. She then married Rayhugh Everett Majors in 1946. He passed away in 1961. Dale is survived by her 3 children, Lynn Majors Glunt (Jack), Paul L. Majors, and Martha "Marti" Majors Taylor (Scott). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, David Glunt (Paige), Carrie Majors Berry, Jennifer Glunt, Jason Majors, Chrissy Taylor Walling (Derek), Jeffrey Glunt (Lara), and Sarah Taylor also, her seven great grandchildren; Andrew Glunt, Alexandra Glunt, William Berry, Noah Cooper, Samuel Berry, Cooper Walling, and Jackson Glunt.

Dale was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church of Brownsburg, Eastern Star, Hendricks County Homemaker's Club, Red Hat Society and the Grandmother's Club. She loved to travel, read, and play cards. She will be remembered for her love of animals and sense of humor and wit.

Funeral services will be on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan - Zionsville . Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. at Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 8320 Moore Rd.
