J. Paul Williams
89, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born December 19, 1923 in Fort Branch, Indiana the son of Asa and Emma (McIntire) Williams. He retired in 1987 from Cam-Or Corporation in Indianapolis where he was an Accountant, Auditor, and Controller; and he had previously worked for Citizens Gas Corporation. Paul was a graduate of Fort Branch High School and Indiana University. He served in the U.S. Air Force, and married Mary- Ann Scott on October 10, 1959. He was a member of the Fort Branch Presbyterian Church and was recently affiliated with the First Baptist Church in Indianapolis.
His family includes his wife of more than 53 years, Mary-Ann Williams of Indianapolis; sister-in-law, Ruby Scott of Indianapolis; 3 nieces; and several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Dr. Frederick Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Elwood City Cemetery and will include military honors conducted by the U.S. Military. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home. Online condolences:
