Jane White Tyson Cassady

66, of Athens, GA passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014.

A native of High Point, NC, Mrs. Cassady was the daughter of the late Dr. Thomas David Tyson Jr and Virginia Masters Tyson and was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Tyson Corpening. Mrs. Cassady was a preservation consultant.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Scott H. Cassady of Athens, GA; daughters, Jeanne Van Ronzelen of North Wales, PA and Brooke Cassady of New Orleans, LA; brother, Thomas David Tyson III of High Point, NC, and grandchildren, Henry Haxton and Lyla Jane.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana, 1201 Central Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Online condolences may be offered at
