Marjorie L. Coleman

A woman devoted to her family, her faith and her community, died on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at Homewood Health Campus, Lebanon.

She was born on July 29, 1918 in Lebanon, a daughter of Amos and Lueva "Lula" Busby Gosnell and was graduated from Lebanon High School, with the class of 1936.

Marjorie and Everett J. "E.J." Coleman were married on February 17, 1943. They were married for 68 years before his death in 2012.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and David Richards of Lebanon; granddaughter, Whitney Coons, Lebanon, several nieces and nephews and a great-niece and great-nephew.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 in Powell Chapel, Oak Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, IN, with the Rev. Arch Hawkins and the Rev. Jarrod Kendall presiding. Visitation will be at the chapel from 11 a.m. until time of services.

Memorial contributions may be made to Symphony at Sunset, Inc., Indiana United Methodist Children's Home or Powell Chapel Restoration Fund.
