Robert Wayne Rollings, Jr.
Born Jan. 13, 1951 went to be with the Lord on Dec. 17, 2012. He spent the whole of his life pouring into others and helping to meet the needs of many struggling people.
He also had great impact through his various work with Amway, the Marion County Building Authority, FedEx, and his own roofing and rental property business. Most importantly to Bob was God's Word and sharing the love of Christ with others. He reached out to those in need all over the Indianapolis area. Bob shared his love for the Lord with many through the Great Banquet community, inviting others to church, and speaking of all God was doing in his life.
Bob was incredibly proud of his two children, Kelli Curtis and David Rollings. He was proud to be the son of Robert and Mary Rollings, Sr. He was the oldest of 7 loving siblings, Steve Rollings, Sheree Krajewski, Joy Pittman, Lisa Rollings, LeeAnn Rohmann and Paul Rollings. He found great delight in his precious granddaughter Kinley Soltoski Rollings and shared sweet times with Mary Rollings and Lenell Brown.
We will join in food and fellowship celebrating the life of Bob Rollings on Jan. 13, 2013 at the Concord Neighborhood Center, 1310 S. Meridian Street, 46225. Please come around 1:00 with a fun Bob story to share and a smile to pass on to others. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to RWR The Word Inc. (5135 Bluff Road, Indpls. 46217) This is a non-profit organization started in honor of Robert Wayne Rollings Jr. with the hopes of assisting and encouraging many in need to Read, Write, and Review the Word of God as Bob did each day.
