Thomas N. Featheringill

He was born on May 27, 1935 to Harry and Mary Pearl Featheringill. He passed from this life on May 5, 2014.

He served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was an air traffic controller with the Indianapolis Air Traffic Control Center and was a reserve deputy for the Marion County Sheriff's Department. He was a life member of the Brownsburg American Legion Post, and member of Samson Air Force Base Veterans Association, and Indiana Patriot Guard. He was also a member of Kingsway Christian Church, Pittsboro Masonic Lodge #620 and Barnamaus U.D. and Past Master of Evergreen Masonic Lodge #713.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jerilyn Featheringill and brother, Jack Lee Featheringill. He is survived by children, Kevin, Thomas II (wife Vicki) and Beth Featheringill; grandchildren, Andrea Haney, LeighAnn, Jessica, Tommy III, and Austin Featheringill; great grandchildren, Samuel, Sophia, and Amelia Haney.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 in Kingsway Christian Church, with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday in Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel and in the church from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
