Novy LeRoy "Roy" Ott, Jr.

86, Greenwood, passed away on February 14, 2014. Born on Aug. 10, 1927 in English, IN to Novy LeRoy Ott, Sr. and Edith (Beisinger) Ott, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from Peerless Pump.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Dola D. (Surface) Ott; children, Wayne Ott, Ronald Ott and Ann Janes; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother of Robert Ott. He was preceded in death by 3 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 in G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens at Olive Branch. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 21 in Smith Valley Baptist Church, with additional visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service in the church.
