Keith Howard Conrow

90, passed away Wednesday May 21, 2014 at the Franklin United Methodist Community. He was a resident of Franklin.

Keith was born April 24, 1924 in Mondovi, Wisconsin to Clyde H. and Georgina O. (Vangen) Conrow. Keith was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

He married Edith Allison on Sept. 2,1947 in Odon Indiana; they were married for 66 years. He was a 60 year member of the United Methodist Church in Whiteland.

He was also a member of the Indiana State Retirement Assn. and Johnson County Retired Teachers Assn. He enjoyed music, reading, being outdoors and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Conrow of Franklin, three children, David B.(Ann) Conrow of Greenwood, Christine A. (Mike) Tasich of Franklin and Laura A. (Todd) Austin of Whiteland, a brother, Herbert H. (Ardys) Conrow of Minnesota, four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Marjorie Main and a grandson, Andy Tasich.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday May 24, 2014 at the Franklin United Methodist Community in the Wright Chapel, 1070 W. Jefferson St., Franklin, Indiana 46131. Burial will be at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, Indiana.
