Eric Becker Obituary
Eric L. Becker
44, Indianapolis, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012. Eric worked for the City of Westfield. Survivors include his son, Robbie Becker; step-daughter, Erika Finn; mother, Gloria J. Becker; sister, Suzette Hagan; brothers, Michael and Bart Becker. Prayers will be at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in Oakley-Hammond Funeral Home, Moore & Kirk Irv ington Chapel , 5342 E. Washington St., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 23 in the funeral home. Contributions in Eric's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I have been thinking of all the memories that I had of Eric. I could not remember one time that I didn't see a smile on his face. He really enjoyed life especially with his friends and family. I know Eric is in heaven with Sully now, and they are planning the next party for sure. Thanks for the good times. I miss you guys and I will see you soon.

Eric had made me aware of his ilness at the Scecina playoff game last Thanksgiving. He looked great at the time and i am sorry I did not get the chance to spend more time with him then or thereafter.
He was a wonderful person, a great football player and I am sure a teriffic father/husband/co-worker etc.
God Bless his soul and best to his family, trust he was well thought of and respoected by those who knew him.

It is with heartfelt condolences I write this. Loosing Eric is a huge lose for all who had the honor to know him. He touched all ours lives so richly and in such a loving positive way! His smile and legacy will forever live.

To Robbie and the Becker Family,
I knew Eric as a neighbor on Lake Maxinhall we lived just siox (6) houses from each other. We served as Board of Directors for the lake and enjoyed many times opn the lake. Eric always had that beeming smile and a positive attitude even in difficult times. I will always remember him with warm thoughts and inspiration. The message below says it all, "Rest in Peace" Eric. Heaven will be a better place now that you are there.

Brad and I were fortunate to see Eric on St. Patrick's Day, although we did not know it would be the last time. Eric was all smiles and full of love. I'm glad I got one last hug from him that night. Thank your for the good times at SJC! Rest in peace Eric.

I sit here thinking of the great memories I have of Eric during our years together at St. Joseph College. He was truly a great friend, and always fun to be around. He always had a smile on his face. Rest In Peace Eric. I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to know you better through Ronny & Maureen. Your word's and action's will live on through a lot of people here on this earth. I know they will me even when you were suffering yourself. You didn't even know me and helped me by your word's of encouragement and kindness.
