Paul P. Pinckney
87, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. Born August 14, 1925 in Whitley County, he was the son of the late Paul C. and Mildred (Jones) Pinckney.
Paul retired from Eli Lilly as a Chemical Engineer Manager after 42 years of service from 1947 to 1989. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in 1946, and was a member of the Omega Chi Epsilon fraternity. He was a Chemical Corp veteran of the US Army and also a member of the Zionsville American Legion.
He married Lois Kellar on November 5, 1955 in Indianapolis. She survives. Other survivors include her two sons, Alex Kensington and Tom Pinckley along with her daughter in law, Charon Henning.
Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. in the Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel .
