74, lost his courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born April 21, 1938 in Virgie, Kentucky, to the late Warren Fleming and Thelma Little Fleming. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany, and lived in Indianapolis, Indiana, North Fort Myers, Florida and Jonancy, Kentucky. He was an early IBM programmer when computers were just beginning to emerge. He worked at Insley Manufacturing in Indianapolis, Del Tura Country Club and the Eye Centers of Florida both in Fort Myers, FL. Mr. Fleming is survived by his sons, Michael James Fleming and David Charles Fleming, both of Indianapolis; a granddaughter, Christina Fleming Stone and two great-grandchildren, Ronald J. Stone III and Alyssa Stone. Also surviving are sisters, Delta Fern Baker and Johna Lynn Cline, both of Indanapolis. His brother, Billy Glen Fleming preceded him in death. He is also survived by his beloved girlfriend, Carolyn Hamilton; her 3 sons Curt, Paul, and John Mullins and 6 "grandkids." Finally, he is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
