88, Indianapolis, Indiana, died April 12, 2013. An educator, he worked his entire career in elementary education with Indianapolis Public Schools as Principal of School 60 and as a Regional Co-ordinator.

His loving wife Virginia preceded him in death, and he is survived by his children, Karen, Brian, Madalyn, and Bruce Kinsey; grandchildren, Gretchen, Douglas, and Kristina Kinsey; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Caleb, Hayden, and Christopher. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and his Masters of Education from Butler University. He was a member of the Indianapolis Sailing Club and Carmel Clay Kiwanis. He was a voracious reader , a master gardener, and loved classical music, travel and his family.
A funeral service will be Friday, April 19th at 11:00 a.m. in Leppert Mortuary Nora Chapel, with calling hours from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18th in the mortuary.
