What a loss of a great friend and a member of this township. I have known and worked with gayle for many years. He has been a great friend in pulling hayrides for myself and many of my fellow workers over the years. He will truly be missed by not only Franklin Township but he was truly a family man. Rest in peace good buddy Kevin Cougill

Oh my goodness one of the nicest guys I ever knew it was a pleasure knowing him, the best bus driver in Franklin Twp, he always gave us a little bag of goodies @ Christmas and we all pitched in and bought him a plaid flannel shirt and how I loved babysitting for them although I have to say when the kids all went to sleep it was a little scary way back off the road with no lock on the doors LOL. He will be missed

I have never forgotten this man.... he was my high school bus driver and a friend. He was a friend to all the kids, but I doubt if he knew what his smile and laugh meant to those of us who didn't find our high school years to be "the best time of our lives".... I last saw him at Aub Hunphrey's funeral; and he immediately recognized me, after many, many years. I am glad I had the chance that night to tell him what a positive impact he had on my life. RIP, dear man.
