86, passed away on April 11, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Ann Armstrong. Surviving are her children, Richard Nester, Patty Heffner, Danny Nester, Susie Beck, Jackie Vannoy; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday April 14, 2016 at Conkle Funeral Home Speedway. Services are 11:30 a.m. on Friday April 15, 2016 at Conkle Funeral Home Speedway. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at

My heart goes out to Judy's Children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the perfect Auntie. She taught me to color outside the lines. She kept secrets...except when it was best not to and showed me how to "come clean" when it was the right thing to do. She was there to support me with every twist and turn in my life. I have loved her for as long as I can remember.
