Fell asleep in the Lord at the age of 96. Born in Rocklin, California. Son of the late Photis and Androniki Bulgar. Stepson of the late Christ Kusses. Predeceased by his loving wife Claire. Dear Brother of the late George, John, Louis, and Mary(Vitakes) of blessed memory.
Devoted Uncle to Frank, George, and Tony Bulgar, Constantine (Dean), Chris, Leon, and Michael Vitakes
A Navy Veteran of World War II, stationed at the Aleutian Islands, Alaska. A lover of all things baseball, especially the Oakland A's and was a former A's Booster.
Trisagion Services Thursday Evening at 7:00 P.M.; Funeral Services Friday Morning at 9:30 A.M. All services to be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Ascension, 4700 Lincoln Avenue, Oakland California. Internment to follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Oakland CA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ascension Cathedral Chapel Fund.
